    We are excited to announce we have been certified SOC 1 Type II compliance effective December of 2013. We have available the prepared description of ECM’s Third Party Claims Administration Procedures and System for user entities of the system and procedures.

    An area that we pride our claims performance is in our quarterly KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators). We have worked very closely with SUNZ to show that our claims modeling has achieved above average results both on an average cost per claim and a percentage of closed claims that positively impacts performance of our program for PEO’s. The result is a lower than average loss ratio for the claims we administer on behalf of the PEO’s and SUNZ.
