Quality Service Team

Our Quality Service Team manages day-to-day service for clients. From the moment a new client joins ECM, the Quality Service Team ensures that services are delivered on-time and within budget, meet client expectations, and are in alignment with service level agreements and contractual obligations. To ensure a smooth transition for new clients, a dedicated Project Manager serves as the single point of contact for all issues associated with contract implementation. Once initial account set up and transition is complete, clients are assigned to an Account Executive for ongoing service and support. The Account Executive addresses questions, resolves challenges, provides information, and coordinates the many and various activities and departments within ECM to provide you with the best service possible. The Account Executive represents the “Voice of the Client” to ECM. Among the services provided by Account Executives is the annual Stewardship Reporting process. Stewardship Reports are effective tools that allow both us and our clients to jointly, objectively evaluate the successes and challenges from the past year, and collaborate on opportunities for improvement in the coming year.
