Each of our clients will be set it up with a designated 1-800 reporting line that is available 24 hours a day seven days a week.

Reporting is as easy as going to our http://www.ECMTPA.com and clicking the first report of injury and completing the applicable state form or email us at FROI@ecmtpa.com.

At ECM you can also report the first report of injury via fax; we will provide a designated fax number for each client whereas a hardcopy of the first report of injury can be sent and will be received by our intake unit.
